How it works . . .
Culture Readiness Audit
I start every journey with a Culture Readiness Audit. This gives me the chance to truly get under the skin of how you and your team work right now. The audit includes interviews across your team or organisation to identify any common tensions or themes. The audit helps to paint a picture of how things are right now.
The next step on our journey is to come together and distinguish exactly what success looks. Along with the insights from the Audit, we will identify exactly what we want to achieve during our time together and map out how this will be actioned.
A team kick-off session is about all starting the journey together. This session builds deeper trust amongst the team, and provides an opportunity for co-creation and alignment.
Every month we will have a coaching session to support you on this journey. This is for those in leadership roles and creates a chance for you to check-in on anything that’s arising from the work we’re doing together.
The team coaching sessions are an unstructured space which gives people the opportunity to raise questions or tensions that are occurring during the journey, as well as gain support and guidance from me. This ensure people have consistent support, as well as offer up ideas about how the journey is progressing.
Each quarter we will do longer workshops around specific areas that we’ve identified need to be developed. These workshops vary as every team and business is different. The initial scope of these workshops will be agreed in the strategy and kick-off session with the team. These sessions are always about deeper work, and often helping to adopt new ways of working together.

When starting a business we automatically skip to creating visions of what we’d like it to look and be like, bypassing the question of how we get there! Lizzie is inspirational and entirely refreshing in how she approaches organisations. So many consultants that are involved in cultural change are wedded to particular systems with pre-set and somewhat formulaic ways of thinking and that’s just classic old style for a lot of classic old style businesses. You may end up with a decent set of missions, visions and values etc, but you might as well file them in the bin once you’ve got it for all the real change they represent.
Lizzie is much more inquisitive and open to completely different types of structures and systems and the approach she takes is correspondingly open and organic. If you are seriously interested in developing a different style of working, and can deal with the idea that you might, as a CEO or business leader, need to change yourself before you expect your staff to change, then Liberty Mind would be a good place to start.
Lizzie is constantly trying to think beyond the paradigm and brings a wealth of business understanding and practical experience. Her knowledge of more avant-garde ways of working could, in my opinion, be a real asset to many established companies who don’t quite “get it” when trying to address a youthful workforce or a younger customer demographic.
