Rupert is the co-founder and CEO of x+why. He is an ex Corporate lawyer who realised all was not well in the traditional corporate world and he has since been on a personal mission to find his “Why”.
Rupert has realised that there is a clear relationship between a company’s positive values and it’s success from hiring better employees to building a better brand. This is what he refers to as a company’s purpose; its reason for being beyond profit – its why.
