I am OBSESSED with Miro , so when Sam Valentine People & Culture Leader at Miro agreed to come on the podcast, I had a serious fangirl moment.

In this episode Sam shares what life is like at Miro. From the ways they use Miro to create a collaborative and participative culture, to the challenges of shaping and evolving a growing tech company.

I truly appreciated Sam's humility and openness at sharing life behind a brand I love. A comment that stood out the most was Sam's thoughts on culture;

"So many people try to label "what culture is" rather than realising it's more important what culture does!"

And a brilliant challenge that Sam put out to listeners is the constant progress mindset of culture, asking the question - "is this working for what we're trying to do?"
