Implementing Self-Management in a Tech Startup (A Case Study)
About this video
In this video I walk you through the beginnings of a self-management implementation in a small tech company.
If you’re curious about self-managing teams, or have heard of things such as flatter structures or decentralised leadership, then I hope this video gives you a realistic look at an implementation.
I’ve spent the past 8 years specialising in new ways of working, supporting founders and their teams in adopting more progressive approaches.
As this is still a live project, and there’s still lots of work to be done, my client has given me consent to be able to share what we’ve been up to so far.
This journey is not complete. This isn't a final success story. There’s no such thing. This is an honest start, and a journey that is still ongoing.
