This is a full values workshop designed and created by me - a culture coach with 7 years experience of working with teams and businesses to craft values. You can use this with your own team or business. As a company culture coach I have helped small businesses, start-ups and well-established brands to build authentic and unique company values. In this video, I share the values workshop I use that has helped these companies work with their teams to develop values which actually mean something.

Too often company values are either created by the boss, or the senior leadership team and then rolled out to the rest of the company. But this traditional approach to values creation only makes people feel detached and disconnected from the values, which is why they are then never integrated and fully lived.
