I began my journey as an internal change-maker trying to make a company a great place work. I felt overwhelmed, lacked confidence, and was up against zero budget. There was so much I wish I had been told, or had known in those early days. Which is why I've created this course, because I wish there had been something like this to support and guide me on the journey of culture.
The course content
There are 20 modules to this course which take you through the foundational elements of culture, and then onto the more practical elements of culture.
Each module includes a video lesson, along with actionable tips and further resources. Videos are 5-15 minutes long – perfect for your lunch break!
